Cottages at Deer Creek

Just move in, so far so good! Ashlei was very thorough going through all the community rules lol.. it makes me feel like some people here don’t listen!! But don’t worry Ashlei, I got you 😉

Love the community. And the staff are very professional. Ashley took care of all my needs and she’s the best. I’m very pleased with my choice of moving here.

One word to describe my time at Cottages at Deer Creek is “Comfort.” The staff Kamryn, Ashlei, and Abby are very nice ladies who are always willing to help and will be very professional. The maintenance guys are always handling tickets pretty fast. I’ve stayed at many apartments and most times there are issues that don’t get handled in a timely manner so that’s a big deal for me. Overall, definitely a nice community with amenities to get you out of the house.

I’ve been living at the community since it opened and I just renewed. I have enjoyed seeing the community grow! I don’t use the amenities much at the community because I’m a homebody and work often so I enjoy the close quarters of my home! Abby, Ashlei and Kamryn in the office are the most personable and professional group of young women I’ve ever experienced in a leasing office. Maintenance has been exceptional, especially Avery who takes care of things in a timely manner. I can’t speak to other people’s experience, but I know that I like it here.

I’ve had a great experience with the front office staff at Cottages at Deer Creek, especially Ashlei and Kamryn. They are always so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, they respond quickly and do their best to make sure everything gets taken care of. They really make residents feel welcome and appreciated, and their positive attitudes make a big difference. I’m thankful for all they do and appreciate how they help make Cottages at Deer Creek a great place to live.
