Honestly, I’m going to say if I could rate my experience with 0 stars I would. I really cannot stand this place. I’ve lived here for 2 almost 3 years now, and it’s been a bad experience all the way. From the very beginning since we moved in to this apartment complex, there has been countless issues with maintenance and the front office ladies. we have addressed a lot of concerns with our apartment unit starting with management is very inconsistent. They would say that they are coming over on a Monday and then would show up on a Thursday and enter our apartment without our consent which could be very violating. The list goes on. We had a broken window the day we moved, in a broken microwave for up to seven days, broken AC unit, a broken faucet, and doors that wouldn’t shut. Mold growing on the bathtub walls! Despite the fact that these issues were resolved, there was a lack of work ethic and care towards our situation that they put us in, by not fixing the issue the first time. The language barrier between us and the maintenance team makes it very hard to communicate if you don’t speak Spanish. Besides the nonsense that we have to deal with in our Apartment. The complex doesn’t care about what the residence actually needs. The hot tub doesn’t work. The pool is constantly closed due to hygiene issues. The gym has old broken equipment. Then the gate is always broken, and instead of fixing all these issues, they decide to throw in a tennis court. Next thing you know you get a couple letters at your door stating that they are raising the valet trash, and told us we can’t repair our cars on the property, even though we live here. I’m honestly just tired of dealing with these issues and dealing with poor management. It really sucks that I have to write a review like this, but they could care less to take us. Resident serious and failed to realize that these are our homes and we can’t go with mold growing on the walls and a disgusting bathtub. I also spoke to Noor the higher up about my concerns and she didn’t even know what mold look like on a wall as well as there was no compensation for any of the inconveniences, thank you so much, Constellation Ranch.
