These are my experiences, feelings and views. Update: I sadly had to leave this little haven due to sudden financial hardship. they helped me find a new great place which was unexpected and very kind; as is my custom, I cleaned and made sure things were left in excellent condition! Unfortunately, after that, they've stopped communicating with me in regards to the return of my security deposit! They also previously had tried to tell me, when they took over, that I had to pay another security deposit, which i did, and that they didn't have the previous security deposit I'd paid and that it was my job to contact the other companies to retrieve those deposits. Three companies in three years by the way... Come to find out, that's not true! Legally, the other companies were required to hand over any and all to Near Southside Properties when they took over and that I should not have been legally obligated to give them any further deposit above what had already been paid! I also tried to go to the office address listed only to find a closed salon and a sign for Near Southside Properties! And just in case they suddenly want to say my name isn't listed, I'm Teresa W., former resident of #113 and I hope this is just an oversite because it's over $1k and I was a great tenant, paid early for 3-years, let them know about the rooftop hangout area floors that had rotted through... And now, silence...Good luck everyone!

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Maintenance request were answered quickly usually within a couple of days. It’s a small community and it doesn’t get loud. Near Southside took over and Angela was amazing. They offered Express Cleaning as well as Express Painting when I was moving out making my move so much easier. Angela was very helpful throughout, and made retuning my keys very easy. If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed a bigger place I would have resigned my lease.

I’ve been here for about 4 months now and love living here! I live alone and am just here for a medical rotation, so it’s minimalist living for me, and this is just the perfect place for that! It’s small but if you’re a tidy person, the space can really open up. It’s pricey for a small unit, but if you get a furnished one, I think it’s worth the price compared to other local options that offer furnished apartments. I would recommend not paying extra for the surface parking lot because it’s super narrow, the dumpsters are always in the way, and there’s not really much added security for those spaces than if you just parked along the street. In my four months here, I’ve only seen 2 small bugs and they sent pest control out the day after I emailed them about it. They’re friendly people and this is a nice little unit. Emphasis on little. But it’s cute and just enough space for one person (or 2 tidy people).

My experience at CoHo has been great! Maintenance and management responds in a timely manner. The neighborhood is calm and pretty safe, walking distance to a lot of breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself has not given me any problems throughout the year I have stayed there. I only had one small issue with the Ori furniture when I first moved in with the furniture not moving swiftly, but it was fixed within two days. It is great place to live if you live minimally and don't want to splurge on a bed frame, tv stand and dinning room table! I unfortunately don't live minimally and need more space but I would still recommend the place to anyone!

Nice quiet community. Close proximity to great bars and eats. The community manager, Kim; amazing we love her. Shout out to our maintenance manager Tony; literally a Godsend he is super prompt and knowledgeable. The residents themselves lovely lovely people. The space is versatile. There are units to fit every minimalist’s dreams. 10/10 would recommend! I love my CoHo family 🤍
