Amazing facility. Worth every penny. Just renewed after looking around to all other options. Just cleaner, better, safer. And dogs welcome.

Love Cityscape Apartments. We have been here several times to work in the community space and rooftop deck, We have friends who live here and have also visited the office spaces where nails, lashes, and spa services are offers. Everything in 1 location is nice.

Love this boutique apartment building with only 50 or so excellent neighbors. Beautiful skyline views, and amenities. Just blocks away from the highway and downtown Fort Worth.

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful and the building is well-decorated, and the complex is just small enough to "feel" kind of like a community. The person in charge of maintenance lives on-site (he's my neighbor), and can be seen taking care of things/working on the construction every day. (Some things are still unfinished, like the sidewalk on the northwest edges of the building, but the rebar is down and they're almost done). I've seen the owner walking around several times as well, adding signage and improving little details. The leasing staff was super friendly and accommodating, and has helped me with every request I've had. Other notes: * The landscaping and lighting around the building is quite nice and lends to a nice feel in the parking lot. * The dog park is a little small, and has astroturf - but it is still nice to have, and the stocked bags are appreciated. * The train can be heard, but it is not too loud (at least from my first-floor unit, which is insulated somewhat by the row of garages). While the train comes by at night, the train engineers appear to hold off on the horn during the night hours. The train comes very often during the week (usually a minimum of every 30-45 minutes), but pretty rarely on the weekends. * The appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and lighting in the units are very nice. * The building is wired for fiber-optic internet with AT&T, which is awesome. * The walking-distance access to Sundance Square is amazing. The neighborhood west of the complex is very nice, and you can reach Sundance Square in less than 10 minutes.
