Out of the handful of apartments I have lived in this was the ONLY pleasant experience I've ever had getting an apartment leased. Shelby was so helpful and kind and made the whole process easy.

I had a great touring experience at this apartment complex. The community was clean, well maintained, and very inviting. The amenities and layouts were well explained! Shelby was fantastic throughout the tour—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed without any pressure. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. I left the tour feeling excited about the possibility of living here and would definitely recommend checking this property out, especially if you get the chance to tour with Shelby!

Property has New Management. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable she showed the property really well and seems helpful and attentive and the apartments themselves up here very nice. I've looked at other property and I went back to this one. I hope this helps anyone else that's looking.

I don't live here but my sister does. First off they will raise your rent at the beginning of your lease. My sister moved in not even 1 month ago and she got a letter saying her rent was going up. You would think it would be illegal because you signed a contract. Well it's a clause in the lease. So be careful. Also lots of transients on the Horton st side. They actually urinate near that area where you enter apartment. I'd be cautious applying there. It's cheap but rent hikes whenever they want isn't right. Luckily we have time to find her a better place because she won't be renewing there.
