Chisholm Trail Apartments

Excellent facilities!!! And the maintenance guys, Andy and Jesse, are very quick when you need them. I highly recommend the apartments.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Trailhead at Chisholm Trail Ranch, and I can confidently say it was one of the best apartment touring experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Jack was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and took the time to walk me through every detail of the property without ever making me feel rushed. His enthusiasm for the community was genuine, and he did an excellent job highlighting what makes Trailhead such a special place to live. Each time I spoke with Jack after our initial conversation, it was like speaking with someone I've known for a long time. It’s clear that he truly cares about prospective residents and goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth and informed decision-making process. Eden was also impressive, especially when it came to follow-up. She was prompt, attentive, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my additional questions after the tour. What stood out just as much was the manager’s welcoming and personable demeanor. It created an atmosphere that felt warm, professional, and resident-focused—something that can be hard to find. Beyond the outstanding staff, the apartment community itself offers exceptional amenities and incredible value for the price. Everything from the design of the units to the shared spaces reflects quality and thoughtful planning, making it a great deal for the money. Ultimately, my decision came down to more than just the apartment—it was about the experience. Wanting to live in a place where exceptional service is the standard made my choice easy. I’m excited to call Trailhead at Chisholm Trail Ranch my future home.

Overall the community is well maintained and has nice amenities. The main problem are the car tags used to open the gates to get in. Instead of using a clicker device these tags are really terrible. During the daylight hours based on the sun, window angle and tag placement its very likely your tag won't work and you'll have to call yourself like a guest would from the call box or wait for another resident to leave in order to get the gate to open (never have a problem with the tag in the dark).
