Chesapeake

I have lived here a year and a half and the parking policies, poor communication, and maintenance issues have caused me to rate them poorly. I have a covered space but permitting has been a huge debacle. There was a period where they kept changing parking policies. We had to use an app to log all of our guests to park and then three months later they just sent out a notice that they weren't using that app anymore. It got to a point to where parking policies were changing frequently. After that we went to parking permits that are permanently affixed to our vehicles but have no policies for when we have rentals or loaners. The expectation is that you peel off your permit that won't adhere once it is pulled off and won't issue temporary ones. I have no idea what hassle it's going to be when I trade my vehicle. Maintenance is very responsive but my patio door has not locked since I moved into the place. The toilet doesn't flush due to the chain that is connected to the flushing mechanism inside the bowl. They come and fix it but it always breaks again and won't flush. I have to manually flush it by pulling plunger in the bowl.

Great property. The staff is very friendly! I've haven't had any issues so far and I like they have two pools 😁
