Chateau on the River Apartments

red flag from the start I didn not get to see my apartment before I moved in and they didn’t even have it ready when they said they would. In fact they rushed it and they gave it to me filthy. Moved in April moved out January 28. I will post the pictures of how they gave me the place and asked them what they could do about it and they didn’t care to respond to my email.. the ac/heater broke down more than 10 times.. there is a bug infestation. The restroom is horrible the bath tub is moldy. And they charged me for that HAHA.. also they kept my deposit to for “cleaning fees” the pool was pretty much “ Being cleaned all summer” don’t fall for it do not sign that lease much better apartments out there they also break into cars and steal rims. Do not fall for it. it’s not worth the headache at all.

Been here 3 years now: The maintenance team is always so friendly, helpful, educational and responsive. The office staff have always been compassionate and fair with any issues I bring to them. My packages are always safe even when they have gotten mis delivered, dog families all the way! Always quiet and clean and the pool is always immaculate and accessible. Great property overall! ❤️

Although our move-in experience had a few unexpected things pop up, the Château on the River leasing office was truly amazing. The team was so accommodating, gracious, and incredibly understanding. They were efficient in getting our concerns addressed and resolved quickly, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure our experience was a good one—especially on our very first day moving in. We truly appreciated the effort and care they showed, and it made all the difference during what can be a stressful day.

I've lived at this complex for 3 years now and my stay has been excellent the entire time. I've lived in a two bedroom with one roommate and now a one bedroom. Both units have been clean and bug free with little to no maintenance required. Even on the rare occasions when maintenance is needed, the crew is on top of things and my issues have been resolved quickly and pain free. Management is also always friendly and on top of things. Communication is fast and accommodating. Even when I've entered their office for direct communication, they're always friendly and help resolve issues quickly. Lastly, all of my neighbors I've had the pleasure of meeting are friendly which is a nice plus and the community spaces are kept clean. You can still enjoy a nice walk in the hundred degree Texas summer heat! Jokes aside, Chateau on the River is a fantastic place to live that I've even recommended to my close friends who have also been enjoying their new apartment here.

I got the keys to my very first apartment yesterday and this feels like a dream come true! The property is so nice and relaxing, it just feels comfortable. My apartment was extremely clean, had little to no issues throughout this entire process. Kelsie in leasing is so amazing and kind, I had so many questions throughout this process and she always got back to me very fast, we had a great open line of communication. She made me feel very welcomed. I am extremely happy with where I chose to make my home. :))
