From the moment I saw these cottages, I knew this is where I wanted to be. Ben made this process very easy. He was thorough in his approach, warm and welcoming when I didn’t feel at ease and extremely reassuring. Most importantly to myself, he was a man of his word. Everything he said, he did. Im happy.

The Creek apartment is the best apartment to rent from the office is nice. The staff is friendly and we have an amazing pool.

Amenities aren’t amazing. Grill area is always dirty. Grills are gross and propane is always out. Pool is cloudy. Not sure if it’s ever cleaned. Maintenance isn’t consistent and if you don’t constantly remind them they forget about you.

Working with Ben has been amazing! The property is beautiful, but having a great person in office is what truly makes it worth living here! This was first on my list when apartment shopping and I don’t see the need to look any further. Definitely recommend.
