Chapel Creek Cottages

I’m disappointed to say that my experience with this property has continued to decline over the past year. I have made multiple complaints since last year about dirt and mud piling up on my walkway every time it rains due to the lack of proper borders. This issue still has not been addressed. More recently, I’ve emailed the property manager several times regarding the sprinkler system spraying directly onto my car in my paid carport space. I pay extra each month specifically to protect my vehicle, yet the sprinklers frequently leave hard water marks and residue all over my car. All of my emails about this have gone unanswered. This morning, I tried to speak with someone in person since email communication has failed. My friend and I stood in the leasing office for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—even a simple “good morning” or “we’ll be right with you” would have made a difference. We eventually seated ourselves and waited a total of 15–20 minutes with no update, no greeting, no apology, and no offer to assist. The staff member continued assisting another person who appeared to be intentionally prolonging the interaction, and even as we walked out, no one said a word. Between unaddressed maintenance issues, ignored emails, and poor customer service, it’s extremely frustrating to feel unheard as a resident who pays rent on time and pays extra for amenities that aren’t being properly maintained. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves communication and service going forward.
