Caden Apartments

Tour was great and the process started off well until things started getting fishy after finally sitting down to go over all the information that was being given/requested. This apartment literally asked for information no other apartment has ever asked for from me, my job, and my roommate. After being dragged along for a week or so I moved along to find a different apartment and got approved in under 24 hrs. WORSE experience I've ever had especially dealing with all the stress while being high risk pregnant dealing with being forced to come in while being extremely sick. Be careful.

They're very organized! Worked with me even when I didn't have a copy of my social security card and got everything through in a timely manner :) Tony was very helpful and accommodating and got me moved in a day earlier! Melanie was very nice as well and worked around what was need to get my application approved.

Tony Diaz was supper helpful and great at communicating with the requirements of living at the Caden apartments. Never had such a professional and driven worker in the leasing department. He’s always available when you call when there is an issue with a unit. And he totally works with you and is very informant on any issues or community issues.
