This community offers a great location close to downtown and amenities, with many residents appreciating the spacious condos, clean grounds, and multiple pools. While some experiences with maintenance responsiveness and communication about essential services like power and water have been inconsistent, the overall social atmosphere is positive, with neighbors often looking out for one another.

Never lived here but am a delivery driver. I got stuck near a fence that keeps people in apparently so now I'm stuck here & don't know what to do. Bc there's no help & nobody answers the phone

Let me get this straight. They can take up to a month to bother responding about your AC not working in 90+ degree weather, but if you're 4 hours late to paying rent, they charge you a $50 late fee? They've also got the office closed "indefinitely" according to the sign on their door. The folks working here used to be better at staying on top of repairs, but not so much lately. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but people like us are falling through the cracks because of their negligence.

UPDATE: It’s been a year since my original review and I can say it’s only gotten worse. Water is constantly shut off for repairs with no notice. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. The front office has not been open in over two weeks. Allied HOA is in charge and they generally take over a week to return calls and they often give me incorrect information. Less than 24 hour notice for non-emergency electrical repairs, the notice said the power would be off from 8am-6pm. Super fun because they dropped the notice off less than 30 minutes before the office closed that evening so if we had any questions we’re just out of luck. We already accepted we would lose most of the perishables in the fridge as we weren’t given proper notice to freeze them in advance, but we weren’t prepared to have the maintenance guys LEAVE in the middle of a job. They left trash and empty water bottles all around the work site and DIDNT TURN THE POWER BACK ON when they left. So it’s now almost 9pm and we’ve been without power seemingly all day. Maintenance isn’t answering our after hour emergency requests. It was 100 degrees out today, the hottest day of the year so far, and per the weather reports, the hottest day of the coming week. The notice we got doesn’t mention a single emergency only “upgrades” being made to the property, so why weren’t these “upgrades” and “improvements” planned for another day that would be less inconvenient for the residents? I don’t know! And I’m sure I never will because getting them to answer the phone here is like pulling teeth. Update: 24 hours without power. Called the office multiple times this morning, and no response. My email from yesterday has alap not gotten a reply. Apartment is over 90 degrees. We have three pets currently overheating and had to pay for a hotel last night.

I have lived here for 15 months and couldn’t ask for a better property manager. My kids love the pools. We have a 3 bedroom and it’s very spacious and comfortable
