If you’re looking for a place to rent I’d HIGHLY suggest this complex! From the moment we came in to the moment we finished signing the lease Haley and Cecillia helped us every step of the way and even got us in when we needed it the most. Beautiful property and new buildings. The office staff are great with any questions you have as well and they truly want to take care of the residents. Another plus is they have little events that happen throughout the year that you can attend as well such as food trucks, and valentines flower bouquet making!

Leasing management are friendly and actually listen. They do care about the people that live here within this community. They actually listen and take action to fix any concerns/issues that I have brought to them in a quick and timely manner. Thank you for everything that you have done for me and my family. And a special thank you to Joshua that even listened to me even and fixed an issue when he wasn't on the clock.

I toured Birchway Quarry Falls Apartment with Josh. Him and the entire team were very friendly and professional. The apartment units are brand new and are in very good condition. The accessibility to highway is also a plus for this location. Thanks for showing us around and keep up the good work team.

Honestly, Kristina was an amazing and wonderful person—very kind, friendly with everyone, and she works with great effort and genuine love for people. She truly deserves all the best. The maintenance team is also excellent—very professional and helpful. Thank you all for your incredible hard work.

I’m still getting settled in, but so far it feels like home. From the start, it’s been a great experience Christina, who works here and Josh and Bonnie are really amazing and very sweet! They have helped me with everything that I’ve needed. And I’ve needed a lot of little help And they’ve been there for every single question. My apartment is so awesome. There was just a little bit of details that needed to be fixed or written down and documented but everything else was amazing. The maintenance came and fixed everything, same day! They are such a big help they come as soon as you put the work order in through the app. Everything about the app is super easy, there’s a couple of apps at first to use but then it just comes down to two which is the original apartment app and the app for registering Visitors vehicle. They are super easy to use. The apartment app has everything that you need and more. They are still under construction, but I’m so excited to see what they’re gonna look like when they are fully complete completed So far though, everything is working perfectly I am so happy to be living here. This is a great new chapter/reset of my life and I’m really grateful for this new home.
