Overall, I've had a good experience at Villas by the Park. The property is attractive and the management team is generally helpful. Maintenance requests are handled reasonably well, and the location is a plus. It's a nice community overall. Thanks Sara, the property manager team.

Great community for families and office staff are friendly. Convenient location and amenities are maintained. Work orders usually completed within a day or 2. Management communicates updates effectively.

I'm very comfortable here; it's a great balance of cost and overall conditions. The management, especially Sara, is always very attentive and willing to help, and the maintenance team is outstanding for their friendliness and service. There's no excessive noise or adverse conditions of any kind. The only thing that would be nice is if they activated the electronic access for the main gate. But overall, it's very satisfactory.

This community apartment isn’t safe if you have a vehicle they will Brok you car window and steal stuff in the car they will stolen everything battery

I don’t recommend anyone to apply there . If you need any emergency to be fixed they will come in 3 weeks and the issue will never resolve they can towing your vehicle even you put it on the registration
