Been living here two years with my husband and small child, they’re very accommodating and respectful. Karen is amazing and the maintenance staff is always timely and on point. They’ve been more than present with any and every concern.

Man it's been a disaster from the start. I was told I needed to make the move in date by end of month, to get the special promo. They made me rush to get paperwork done but I never got the 2months promo. Never was told I didn't get promo until the rent was due, costing me about 800 in extra charges. Management staff is garbage. Didn't try to work with me. Front office is clueless. I would stay away, many more issues. Going file against bell partners.

It’s a good place to live and the new staff Karen and Blake are amazing. My only issue is the parking garage and the walkways between the elevators. If they were cleaned more often it would help a lot. Terribly in need of pressure washing. Has a really grimmy look and feel to it.

2/5.. moved into a unit one month ago to no a/c for weeks, took countless emails and requests’ to get this fixed. Clothes dryer didn’t dry, got a new one installed, still doesn’t dry. Mail key? Took a month to get a new one since it didn’t work. Shower curtain rod falling out of the wall (only to find more previous tenant dust build up which is in every corner of this place - dirty move in) still falling out so I put up a new rod. Ice maker, doesn’t work. Half the outlets, don’t work. Front door knob is wonky and addressed in move in papers which obviously weren’t looked at. Flooring is scuffed up beyond a quick repair.. Completely unprepared for anyone to move in to this apartment complex. Absolutely rushed. Want your packages? Good luck.. Amazon can’t figure out the parcel “room”, parcel system doesn’t work.. Trash is everywhere outside by the chutes. Fire alarms go off at night.. Location is great but if you ever want to sweat for week, be completely blown off for weeks until u request a new unit, this is it. More employees or something would help this place.

This is the first and only apartment I have lived in that I would never suggest to someone else. Leasing/management is never in the office, they never answer the phone. My truck was towed despite me being a resident because the manager mixed up the reserved spots - then proceeded to encourage me to start paying for a spot..??!? When I moved in I didn’t have A/C, lights were out, ice maker didn’t work, etc. My A/C and ice maker have had constant issues throughout my 1yr lease. I have had numerous maintenance request closed with no work being done. I am currently doing my own repair on my ice maker because if you wait for maintenance, your lease will be up before they assist. I would run from this complex as this is the first and only time I have not been thrilled with my living experience. I originally rated 2 stars which is far too high. My sink has been inside my cabinet since July 5th (when I put a maintenance request in) and I have asked the front office 2 times to come fix it and I am still waiting on July 19 and it’s the weekend so I’ll be waiting longer still. I cannot reiterate enough that this is the worst complex I have ever lived in (or had a friend live at) the turnover rate of front office and maintenance employees is sadly impressive. They can’t keep maintenance techs staffed so only live here if you want your A/C out for +25% of your lease. The people are nice but this complex is a mess. They will also tow your vehicle if a friend visits and takes more than 10min to register.
