I'm so thankful I found this company they are so nice and willing to work with you, not often you find great people who are willing to understand and care about certain situations I have had 1 problem in my house and it was fixed within a reasonable amount of time the staff is wonderful with communication and I am just so glad I found this place they truly were godsent

Let me rent from them no hassle. Friendly people. Believes in helping people find a great home.

I can never get a call back,I did my application and they told me about a 1 bedroom but I can never see the place or get a response for a call back.

I rented from them for years from 2001-2008. They always responded when i had a problem. The owner at that time knew my dad and he was nicest man and would help in any way. Stayed there about 8 years. Only reason I moved was I needed more space. The owner offered to buy another house for me to rent if I didn't like the ones he had. I ended up moving to another house that wasn't one of his and the owner conned me out of a lot of money and then was sending realtors to the house 6 months in. 😡😡 after I was suppose to be rent to own and she had taken thousands from me. Needless to say I wish I had taken him up on his offer and kept renting from them till I was able to buy. If you need a stepping stone in this economy, I would recommend.
