I had a great time meeting Noah at Aviva Fort Worth. He greeted me with warm, positive energy and listened attentively throughout our conversation. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this community and its professional team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Be careful this apartment when u move out they will take your deposit and and change more money. Office ladies are nice but those doing this are setting some other states.

We moved my mother in here 6 month's ago, she has had no complaints. The staff has been wonderful, Jalee and Khloee are both so sweet. The floor plan we chose is much bigger than others in the area, we looked at. We have been happy with the activities, and there has been several fun events. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and make the jump.

I love the team at Avia! They are so kind to my family member who has lived there for a year now. The team is very organized, compassionate and the property is clean. I really enjoy seeing what activities they do each month.

Aviva Fort Worth is a fantastic place to live, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My family moved in a few months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The recent updates to the community are impressive, and the amenities make a real difference in everyday life. From beautifully maintained common areas to engaging activities, a well-equipped fitness center, and relaxing outdoor spaces, Aviva offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. One of the standout features is the size of the apartments—they're incredibly spacious compared to other options in the area. It’s rare to find such large and well-designed units, making it even more of a great value. We’re so grateful for the caring environment and high-quality living experience they provide!
