EDITED: The management company changed and since then the have been 3 separate managers put here. The new manager is rude, abrasive, and flatly combative. We still haven't had pest control once. My cats have killed so many mice here because of it. No only this but if you try to speak to the management here they yell at you and mock you while speaking. I had no patience for this. If I could rate this place lower than a 1 I absolutely would We constantly have to call the police about the drug addicts running around and trying to break into our cars. We are constantly putting in maintenance tickets that go unresolved. The grass is never cut. The mailboxes don't lock. There's only one working washer in the laundry room. I've put in a maintenance ticket for this and it just gets cancelled. We pay for pest control and it is never addressed. There are roaches, dozens of stray cats, and garbage everywhere. We pay our rent, we keep to ourselves. There is so much noise because of the drug addicts slipping through the fence that fight outside of my apartment. Do not move here if you have kids, we constantly find burnt foils and straws. If you call the cops for anything other than an imminent threat to your physical safety it will either take hours for them to get here or they just won't show up. We've been here a month and have had to call the cops 5 separate times. I've only seen a patrol twice. The office manager does nothing to address these issues, we've asked. He keeps passing it off to the owner rather than reaching out to the management company, Equity, to do something about the conditions. This is not a safe place, do not move here. There is an obvious drug dealer living in my building and management does nothing. They're too scared to get this place in order. I've lived in some pretty sketchy places but this is beyond. The fact that they didn't have any idea who the NPO for this area is kills me. They have no relationship with FWPD in order to get this place cleaned up and it seems that the office manager is ok with this arrangement. Do not move here

It should be zero stars. How do you request rent when there's electrical issues causing your tenants bill to be over $1000+ and they haven't lived there a month? How do you tell your tenants we can't fix the problem but you can break your lease before we report you to the credit bureaus? How do your incompetence as a leasing manager cause a fire and you except your tenants to pay rent when they didn't have a place to stay, never thought to even see how they're doing. This place is the projects. It's worse than the projects. They need to condemn the whole complex. I can't wait until the news get ahold of this.

Do not even come and take a look here. My dad currently lives here. Air conditioning has been leaking since he moved in, he could not put a table since he has to put two bowls to catch the water. The floor was soft in the kitchen and in the restroom. Code compliance had to be called and all they did was paint the tub and add new vinyl over the soft spots in the floors. Air conditioning has a pipe that drains over the tub causing the brown discoloration in the tub. They now have new management and new owners. They are fixing the outside without even fixing the inside. There are RATS not mice but RATS. My dad had slipped and almost broke his hip with the water that drips onto the floor. You pay for pest control but no pest control has ever been to his apt. Im glad he will be moving soon. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS BEING A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. And especially if you have kids. People will commit crimes in broad daylight. You cant put lipstick on a pig and call it pretty….well thats what the issue is here

Donald was great. I put in a work order and and a couple days he came to fix them all. And not only during the week but it was the weekend. He's a hard worker and likes to make sure he does his job right I've noticed so again thank you so much for your help.

I have been living here since March of this year and Marie that works in the office has always been so helpful and always willing to answer my questions. They also hired on a new maintenance guy named Donald and he is very pleasant and went out of his way to check on my work orders with no questions ask. Thank you Marie and Donald
