The Wren Mercer Crossing Apartments

I’ve been living at The Wren at Mercer Crossing for the past few years, and I wanted to share my experience. It has truly been a great place to call home. I especially want to thank Cris for the amazing job he does. He has been incredibly helpful to me and my wife with anything related to our apartment. Every time we’ve needed maintenance, he’s been quick to respond, professional, and efficient. He always makes sure the job is done right and that we’re taken care of. Cris has definitely made living here easy and stress-free. We really appreciate his hard work and dedication. Thank you!

We've lived at The Wren for almost a year and we are very pleased, location, easy to access, staff. I've always felt well taken care of with anything I need and they don't do it just for show! you can tell when people are genuine :) The building remains clean, if we have any maintenance requests or need help with the leasing staff, however big or small, they are always on it, never delayed. Maintenance guys and housekeeping ladies are also very polite, friendly and ready to do what it takes, everyone is truly awesome and I enjoy talking with them when I get a chance. We are very happy to call The Wren our home!.

Samatha was super helpful and really nice. She explained everything clearly, showed me around the property, and made the whole tour easy and comfortable. You can tell the management cares because they have great people like her working there. Overall, a great experience.

Recommend living at the Wren :) My leasing agent, Alex made my move in process seamless and amazing!! From putting up with all of my questions, to constantly checking in with me, Alex found a unit that meet all my needs, made sure I felt welcomed, and provided a smooth transition into my new apartment. I moved in on his day off and he still emailed me when he returned to make sure everything was working properly in my new unit. I have been here a few months and love it. Maintenance is quick/ friendly. Great location and good neighbors. I have used the gym and work rooms many times with no issues. Parking is never an issue. Good vibes only 👌🏽

We just renewed our lease for the second time here, and that alone should tell you how much we enjoy living in this community. The property is always kept clean, both inside and out, and the staff clearly takes pride in maintaining it. The maintenance team is always on it. No matter how small or big the request is, they act fast and get it taken care of. The few requests I’ve had were resolved within 24 hours, which really speaks to how responsive and reliable they are. The rest of the staff is just as attentive and genuinely cares about the residents and the spaces here. A special shoutout to Alex and Leslie—they were incredibly helpful throughout our renewal and transfer process. They made everything seamless and stress-free, always available to answer questions and willing to go the extra mile to help. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and we’re happy to continue calling this place home.
