Sola Galleria

This new management team is the best team that has ever worked at this property. I’ve been here since it opened and they are by far the best management team in 12 years. The way that they’ve over communicated to us since takeover has been such a breath of fresh air not to mention how much they’ve cleaned up the property since taking over at the beginning of January it’s like night and day!! Also talking to the management team, they have a ton of community improvement projects going on over the next few months. Can’t wait to see whats to come at Sola Galleria!

I’d like to share a review specifically highlighting Jamaria from the property management team. Every time I speak with her, she is consistently positive, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping with whatever I need. She truly goes above and beyond in her role, and her professionalism makes a big difference in my experience here. As for the property itself, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. I live in Building 5, which doesn’t have elevators, and being on the third floor makes carrying groceries or other items up three flights of stairs pretty challenging. It would also be helpful if the gate security system were adjusted. The gates locking at all hours of the day can be frustrating, especially when trying to get in late at night. Aside from those concerns, my overall experience living here has been great, and I really appreciate the support I’ve received—especially from Jamaria!
