Five stars for Jonathan Nunez at Mercer Crossing! If you are looking for a new home, ask for him. He made the entire touring process so easy and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful and made sure we understood every detail about the community, including the parking deck, sheltered reservations, and storage. It’s rare to find someone so patient and attentive to detail. Thank you, Jonathan, for all your help!

Ashley showed me around the peoperty and was full of knowledge. I appreciate the time she took with me showing all of the amenities and the apartment that I plan on applying for. Her kind nature, smile and upbeat personality is what sealed the deal for me. If you come to Mercer Crossing ask for her and she will guide you through everything with ease and confidence. I would give her a 10 star but you can only do 5. Thank you for everything and I am looking forward to moving in quickly! Her 🌠 quality, happy, welcoming, gentle approach to her knowing and answering all of my questions is definitely something you don't get with other communities!

I stayed here at my brother’s apartment for a couple of days and had a really great experience. The community itself looks beautiful and well maintained. During my stay, there was a small issue with the door lock, and a maintenance request was raised — it was resolved smoothly within just a couple of hours, which was impressive. We also visited the leasing office, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Jonathan was very sweet and helpful, and the assistant manager was equally pleasant and spoke very professionally. Overall, it felt like a well-managed community with responsive staff. Would definitely recommend this place based on my experience.

I’ve been living at Mercer Crossing Apartments for the past two years, and overall, my experience has been positive. My initial move-in experience was smooth. Jonathan from the leasing team played a major role in making the process hassle-free. During our tour, he took the time to understand our preferences, answered all our questions with patience, and guided us to the perfect unit. One helpful tip for prospective residents: before signing your lease online, I highly recommend visiting or calling the leasing office. They occasionally offer leasing specials and referral bonuses that aren’t always visible online. The leasing staff has been consistently helpful and responsive. Both Ms Q and Jonathan stand out for their professionalism and willingness to assist residents. Whether it’s resolving a lease question, providing community updates, or helping with small resident concerns and conducting events on special days, they’ve always been approachable and courteous. Maintenance is one of the community’s strong points. Most of my service requests over the last two years have been handled quickly — typically within 24 to 48 hours. The team is respectful, efficient, and does a clean job. There is a pigeon problem over few apartments, hope resolution will be addressed soon. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping is manicured regularly, and common areas like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are kept clean. The community feels safe and quiet, with a mix of professionals and families. The location is excellent — conveniently situated near major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and scenic walking trails. After two years, I still feel confident in my decision to make Mercer Crossing Apartments my home. The combination of helpful staff, responsive maintenance, and well-kept amenities makes this community stand out. Like any place, there are occasional minor hiccups, but none that outweigh the positives.
