was excited to finally find a new place to live, turns out I should have kept looking… not the kind of place I would recommend living in, definitely not if you want peaceful, clean living, just being real. living spaces are not well ventilated, air circulation sucks. the walls are too thin, can hear everything below, above, and beside of you. there doesn’t seem to be much effort on the with the staff to help deliver the “luxury” style that is going with the apartment. only upside is location, thirty minutes you can find be in a like major cities like Dallas, Fort Worth, plano, frisco. be serious and sure when deciding on whether or not you want to live here, if you know there is a better option out there, follow youre gut. youre gonna need years worth of actual luxury travel to get some of this fake taste out of your mouth, sayonara…

New management is terrible. Very poor customer service. Filthy interior, especially the parking garages. Dog remains and pee scattered all over the place, even indoors. Battered and chipped window seals, unpleasant smells often come out of nowhere and linger for days, spilled drinks stain the walkways, trash and debris littered quite literally at every turn, only one pool is swimmable, the other one is filthy. Rooms are okay, definitely not worth the money we’re spending, would not recommend this place. These are pictures I took TODAY, all within walking distance of each other on the third floor. Just disgusting. Insect infestation waiting to happen.

Big shout out to Jake, the property manager, and Malachi, the leasing agent, for helping me secure the apartment unit I wanted. The lakeside view is everything! Jake went above and beyond to make sure I could move in before my old lease ended. He truly handled everything with care. Malachi was such a pleasure to work with: friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Thanks to both of them, the whole process felt seamless!

I had such a great experience visiting Lakeside Lofts! The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained — you can tell the team takes real pride in it. Quin was amazing to work with during my visit — super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcome. The new property manager was also great and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, such a positive experience — I can definitely see why so many people love calling this place home!

Living at Lakeside Lofts was a nightmare. I’m not the type to leave reviews, but leaving this to try to save someone from a really bad living experience. From the day we moved in, we dealt with a severe water leak that caused mold around our windows and inside the walls. Looking at the photos, I can't believe we moved in and believed the office staff when we were told they would do whatever it takes to fix asap. The initial fix took weeks, and became an ongoing issue the whole year we lived there. Despite multiple requests, management never fully resolved the issue. Instead of removing the full wall and finding the root cause of the water leak (like we asked) they just replaced a small portion of the drywall. The problem returned again until the mold resurfaced for a third time - showing the root cause for the leak was never addressed. At that point, I feared for my health and only then was finally allowed out of my lease (after also contacting the health department)—but it was a fight to get even that. The building was consistently filthy: the garage was nasty and rarely cleaned, hallways were dirty, and the gym was never maintained. Dog waste was left throughout the property—even in the hallways. Neighbors yelled, and it seemed as if management really had no care for your general livelihood. Communication with the leasing office was just bad. Calls and emails were ignored, and even escalating to the Regional Manager got us nowhere. When we moved out, I called to confirm our balance was $0, only to discover they were about to send us to collections over a water bill balance—yet they had locked me out of the resident portal, making it impossible to pay on my own. If I hadn’t called, I would’ve had a collection account simply because of their negligence. The office staff we originally dealt with was especially unhelpful—completely incompetent and unable (or unwilling) to problem-solve basic issues. Anytime something needed to be done, it fell on us as residents to chase, push, and escalate. I am grateful to be out of this lease, but I wish it never had to get that far. Between the health hazards, lack of cleanliness, and unresponsive management, Lakeside Lofts is not a place I would recommend to anyone.
