I can’t say enough about how much my wife and I LOVED LOVED LOVED living at Huntington Cove Townhomes. We’ve lived in a ton of places from broken down shacks in Hillsboro Texas to double wides in Waco Texas all the way up to UNT where we went to school and lived in MANY, and I mean MANY different places and apartments. Huntington Cove Townhomes is by far, like trillions of light years far and away the absolute BEST place you can possibly live unless you’ve bought/are buying a house. And even then, in many cases, Huntington Cove would still be the best place to live. My wife and I grew up, became new people, learned about each other, learned about ourselves, and became successful enough to build a house living in Unit 36A. Whoever is next in this unit, just know you’re in an extremely blessed location and moment in life. Enjoy it. It’s over before you know it. Special shoutout to Yvette Rios, the property manager. She never missed a beat, never dropped the ball, and was always there immediately when you needed her even if she wasn’t at the office. Again, another example of why Huntington Cove is the best possible place you could live. The best property manager you could possibly ask for. Chose Huntington Cove for your next lease!

Jonathan from the office is amazing! He helped with a very smooth transition into my new place and it’s been great. Highly recommend a tour if you’re looking for a new place in Farmers Branch/Irving area!!!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years in a 2 bed/1.5 bath unit. Very spacious, especially the kitchen. Definitely older buildings, but they've done a good job renewing the floors and carpets. The stairs are creaky as well as the floors upstairs, I'm sure because of the age of the buildings. There are definitely spots you have to learn not to step on. We really had an issue with maintenance. We would turn in work orders and as far as I could tell, no one ever came. If they did they didn't fix the issue and didn't leave notice, so we just sort of tried to fix our problems ourselves because we couldn't rely on maintenance. I would report to management that I couldn't tell if anyone ever came and never really got a solid answer. I turned in a work request about our broken garbage disposal about 3 weeks ago, and we're moving out now and it's still sitting there broken. Same with pest control, were not sure if they ever really came because they did not leave a notice about any service they did, except for the one time we had to call about ants and termites in our apartment (which we had to treat ourselves for 2 weeks until scheduled pest control came.) There was also an issue with our neighbor flooding their apartment to the point where it flooded our downstairs as well. Management/maintenance did nothing about the water damage and so our unit has notable bubbling in the floors from the water damage and gaps in the molding underneath the cabinetry where it got soggy and just started drooping. I did mention my concerns that this would happen, and nothing was done so we just let it be. There were issues with the apartment as soon as we moved in as well that we just learned to live with. No hot water in the master bathroom sink upstairs, and you can't really take a bath because the overflow drain is messed up and the water would go directly downstairs. We stayed for two years because it is a good space and at face value they are decent apartments that are in an AWESOME location. Yvette, the manager, is always very polite and responds very quick to emails. These aren't luxury apartments, but if you aren't picky then they're solid and a nice little place to call home. Briefly. Overall husband and I left in good spirits, we just feel sorry for whoever gets our unit and we sincerely hope they do some heavy renovations to it before someone else has to move in....

My family and I have been living here for 3 years now. I had looked into these townhomes for quite some time and I'm glad that I made the decision to move here. There were several changes to the management and ownership since living here. However, the only change that I was not happy about, was the visitor parking rules. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. Imelda has been very helpful since she became the property manager. Keep up the good work.

I have been a long time resident at this property and really enjoy living here. It is quiet, peaceful and conveniently located in Farmers Branch and Addison. Imelda, who is the property manager is someone the owners need to keep. She is friendly and seems to really enjoy her job. She is very helpful and accommodating when I need maintenance done on my unit or have questions about the property. She has been a pleasure to work with.
