I rented here and unfortunately my apartment burned. Management listed the unit as not habitable, but they still charged me for “cleaning services.” If a unit is uninhabitable after a fire, charging the tenant for cleaning feels unfair and dishonest. I asked for an itemized invoice/photos to justify the charge. Be cautious and document everything if you rent here.

We spent the pandemic living here and it was our little piece of heaven. As you can tell by the construction, a lot has changed since then; But the customer service and attentiveness of the property managers still remains. Never had an issue with pests, parking, or loud nor rude tenants. The laundry facilities were awesome to have. Awesome place for kids!

In the historic Sonset Heights District. You can find one of the most beautiful views El Paso has to offer. The Diplomat Apartments provides this spectacular view. It is also located minutes away from Kern Place, The Art District,, Chihuahua Baseball Field, UTEP, EPCC, and Downtown.! The freeway is easily accessible. Should you choose to be a resident here you will find the staff and management to be professional and very friendly. The units are spacious and have amenities such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. There are also washer and dryer facilities.. A pool on the premises is there to keep you cool in the summer time. I resided at the Diplomat Apartment over 20 yrs ago and found myself returning from out of state. I was so happy to be able to return to these wonderful apartments

I’ve been living at The Diplomat a Pearl Property for 2 years and I would happily do another 2 years, as I have the best view in El Paso of Downtown El Paso and Juàrez. The staff has always been helpful and timely if I needed a maintenance request and you honestly can’t beat the location of these apartments between a developing and growing Downtown El Paso, easy walkable streets in the neighborhood, easy access and a short walk to The Border, and a short walk to UTEP and proximity to West El Paso. Moving to The Diplomat was the best decision I made. I wish I had done it sooner.

Calm and quiet place to live near downtown. Beautiful view, friendly neighbors and a nice cool pool for the summer. I enjoy living here so much the first time I moved in I came back years later.
