So to start, don’t live here unless you are really strapped for cash. They offer student discounts which is great but are by far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The leasing office is extremely rude and disrespectful and I have been yelled at (like a child getting chastised, very patronizing) for a dispute with my neighbors where they took the side of the neighbors they knew longest. On the topic of these neighbors, I had one lady who lived across/below me who took pictures of me while I was walking, would follow me when I came home from work trying to go home. Took pictures of my boyfriend shirtless without his consent and sent to the leasing office when he was walking his non authorized dog outside (not once did this dog enter the apartment, I offered ring camera footage yet the leasing lady laura or laren refused to see the footage and fined me 100$). This lady also called the cops on me for being “loud” but when the cops showed up they apologized profusely as I was just watching tv on a Non loud volume. I had a drunk old man beneath me who banged on the ceiling with a bat every single night I couldn’t sleep for days sometimes bc he was upset at the sound of my feet when I came home late (bartender hours lol). It got so bad to live here with the neighbors on top of that patronizing and belligerent women I dreaded coming home every night. Not to mention if you have kids there will absolutely be an old woman screaming and getting nasty with them if they’re too loud playing outside (EVEN AT 5PM). Roaches here are atrocious, AND THERE WILL BE A NASTY SEWAGE/SULFURIC SMELL EVERY DAY AND NIGHT YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH!!! No amount of air fresheners will work. Also their maintenance will come into your apartment without knocking even will you are showering 😊

money hungry women at the front that claim to wanna help one out,take their deposits and give an excuse to not give them back. don’t even try applying here 👎
