money hungry women at the front that claim to wanna help one out,take their deposits and give an excuse to not give them back. don’t even try applying here 👎

Wouldn't recommend these apartments. Air conditioner made my whole apartment smell like rotten fish. Called it in to the office. Cindy the front office representative said the smell was probably because of my pets. Obviously it wasn't and still wanted maintenance to fix it that day. I went to work hoping to come home to a fixed air conditioner but it still smelled horrible when i came back. Called again and they sent maintenance again but they didn't show up till 11pm. I noticed the guy take a clorox bottle to the roof. He attempted to clean the filters with that for the black mold growing on the filters. He refused to replace the filters at first because he was told to not waste money to replace the filters. Eventually he did replace the filters, this was a extremely poor attempt to save a few dollars. Also seen people washing there clothes at the swimming pool.

I had a good experience during my 5 year stay at Wallington Plaza. Management was on top of things and maintenance was always performed with excellence. The property was clean, it has lots of free parking near your building, multiple clean and modern laundry facilities, pools, and trash bins. They do fumigate regularly and I never once had a problem with bugs. The rent prices are reasonable, it includes some utilities, they offer some discounts to students and it's super close to UTEP. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. As a woman, safety is a big concern for me and I always felt safe in this complex. Even when I would leave for work before the sun came up or came back home super late at night. Your neighbors will mainly be college students, young families, and some really nice elderly people. Give Wallington Plaza a chance, you will not regret it.

I've been living here for almost two years, and if not because of graduation and my work is in another state, I wouldn't move anywhere else. This place makes me feel like home. Cindy is a very sweet lady, super nice and helpful. The maintenance team are friendly and they're quick on arriving for your services. The rent is super affordable for college students. The environment and people in the neighborhood are very friendly. The location is closed to lots of great restaurants and it's just 7 mins driving from UTEP. I have great experience living here and I'd suggest it to anyone who'd consider living closed to the campus but don't want to pay for those overpriced dorms.

While I lived here I loved it. The office staff were so professional and friendly, and the maintenance were always quick and helpful. I really enjoyed the fact that the laundry units now accept cards, and the pools were fantastic and pretty clean. I always enjoyed my chats with Cindy and the other office staff when visiting them to pay rent and such, and they were very hospitable. These are very affordable apartments and it is so close to UTEP and other small shops/stores. I definitely reccomend these guys!
