I’ve been at The Venue for about two years now and honestly, I love it here. The staff is always approachable and kind, and the front office team deserves so much credit they’re so understanding and sweet. No place is perfect, but I really feel like The Venue does its best to help and accommodate residents. The vibe is definitely luxury living: the pool area with the twinkly lights is super cute (wish they were on more often!), and the jacuzzi could be a bit hotter sometimes, but overall it’s such a great space. Maintenance is always on top of things—I never wait more than 2 days for a work order to be done, and the crew keeps things clean. I know there’s been some talk about trash being an issue. Personally, I only really notice it on weekends when the cleaning crew isn’t around and things pile up. To me, that feels more like a people problem residents not walking their trash to the bins—rather than a staff problem. The team is definitely doing their best with what they can control. Overall, The Venue is a great place to live, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, style, and genuinely caring staff.

PLEASE for the love of what you love most, DO NOT be deceived by the nice amenities pictures and “nice” reviews by other users - this place is NASTY, absolutely FILTHY. The only reason there’s no cockroaches in this place is because even they refuse to live in these conditions. My hallway has smelled like dog poop for the last 3 months. Trash room is disgusting. No consequences for nasty owners. It’s clear their mothers didn’t teach them right because nobody here knows how to clean up after themselves and management only knows how to tell them how much they love their furry friends. Please, you are better off paying less at a place that actually cares about keeping the grounds clean.

Nice apartment complex. It's close to pretty much everything in the west side which is convenient. Special shoutout to Dorothy Harris for helping me out with a package situation I've been dealing with for the past month. I called the leasing office a few times prior but never got a follow up, but this last attempt Dorothy got it handled pretty quickly.

Alexis made my visit extremely welcoming and comforting. From the moment I arrived, Alexis's warm demeanor and attentive service ensured a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease, addressing all my concerns with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my visit. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional service. Not to mention, the facility is outstanding in every aspect. The environment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

The location is in a convenient part of the westside, but you do have to manage the bar festivities across the parking lot. Staff emplaced workers at the parking lot entrance to ensure that bar attendees do not park in residential parking which was a huge win. I was a resident for four years. The rooms seem to lack quality as it was being built, but the staff responds to work orders in a timely manner, even the emergency ones during the evening (the lock on my door broke). The pools and hot tubs are a treat and the gym that is near the leasing office has tons of equipment. When I left in March there was an ongoing stray cat issue where residents in Building 3 were constantly leaving food outside for 8+ cats in the area, was a pain as a dog owner. I would highly recommend looking into the Santi Apartments down the street. I resided at the Venue for four years.
