Sara at the front desk was very sweet and extremely nice. I've stayed at the motel 6 less than a couple hundred feet away and that place is a dump and the guy at book-in just sits on his phone. This place has a stove top, microwave, and a fridge, unlike motel 6. And sara is such a delight to talk to. Give her a big fat raise please!

Staff is very friendly and professional! Me and my family haven't experienced such great hotel staff that are always attending our needs. Especially the Manager Nicole is very friendly and professional. I will always pick this hotel over any other one.

I've stayed at this hotel quite often. It is exactly as advertised. Rooms are fine, nothing fancy...although the room I was originally assigned had not been cleaned when I got there. My 1-star rating is due to being charged over $170 after I checked out (in fact, several days after I checked out)...and no one seems to be able to tell me why. I've called several times and the worker who answers says they'll have a manager call back but that still hasn't happened after two weeks and several calls. I'm filing an official complaint with choice hotels, but it won't do much. The hotel itself is fine, my stay was normal. But make sure you keep an eye on your credit card bill after you check out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review This hotel has truly been a lifesaver for me and my family. I want to give a huge thank you to Nicole and the entire team at WoodSpring Suites I-10 El Paso. My husband and I relocated from New Mexico to build a better life for our family, and this hotel has been a true blessing during our transition. We originally found it on Expedia because of the great weekly rates, but we quickly realized it offers so much more than affordability. The rooms are very clean, the property is quiet, and having a full kitchen in the room has made it easy for us to cook and save money. The beds are comfortable, parking is easy, and check-in was fast and simple. What really made the difference for us is the staff. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, but manager Nicole deserves special recognition. She is truly involved in daily operations and takes the time to make sure every guest is taken care of. She listens, responds quickly, and genuinely cares about people. You don’t find that level of dedication often. She also keeps safety a priority, and that gave us peace of mind from day one. We’ve now been here two months and rent two rooms, and it’s been the perfect place for us to restart our lives here in El Paso. If you are moving to the area, traveling for work, or need a clean, safe, and comfortable extended stay hotel — I highly recommend WoodSpring Suites I-10 El Paso. We want to start by sharing that from the beginning of checking in the staff was very helpful. Management (Nicole) was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the hotel. She also has a great personality and very professional at the same time. We felt very safe as we entered and exited the hotel. Thank you for considering us as your guests!!
