Crystal and Sara are great! Day to day management not so much. The grounds around the hotel are filthy, broken glass and bottles all over, trash just thrown out in the field around the parking lot. Television channels are terrible, WiFi is very poor and intermittent, when asked about it their answer is always they are upgrading the services but nothing ever changes. Abandoned junky/wrecked cars in the parking lot taking up space that tenants need for parking. Lots of issues here!

Crystal. That's her name! She works the front desk. I travel alot for work and every time I stay here, she is polite and friendly. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and the majority of the employees that check me in... well... seem to not pay attention or have something else on their mind. Like only going through the motions. Let me put it this way... I don't remember any of them. When I was on my way to El Paso I thought "Whats that one hotel where that one girl works? I'll stay there!" It's not the fanciest place to stay but, with employees like "Crystal", it's a 5 star resort. Thank you Crystal!, for being the best! Nick Rivero

This is an example of you get what you pay for. Overall, the motel was just adequate, there were a few issues that kept my stay from being more comfortable. The room did not have any extra blankets, and the comforter on the bed was very thin, which made it difficult to stay warm outside of just turning up the heat. In addition, the shower had some maintenance problems. The shower knob came off in my hand while using it, and the shower head leaked throughout the shower. None of these issues completely ruined the stay, but they were inconvenient and made the room feel like it could use some better upkeep. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience. Oh and some curtains to block out the outside light would have been nice as well.
