University Heights Apartments

Viri is in the office, she is great. Her boss Ceci is good to residents too, but she doesn't come around a lot. They are working on making the apartments better. They are fixing our things now because the previous manager never took care of us or cared. I am happy.

I have been living here for almost 3 years now and it suits me perfectly. No drugs in the area and it's pretty much gated. Quiet most of the time and management is great. I plan on being here for as long as management will have me. I'm 67 years old so this is a great location for shopping. I have no complaints about this area or the staff. Thanks to management because she always gives notice of things that are related to spraying inside units, changes when they are going from AC to heating units.She is always greeting tenants with a warm friendly smile.Neighbors are very friendly. I hope that management will continue to provide us with great support.

I have been living here for 22 years, from childhood to adulthood. I am the longest living resident and I can say they have always treated me with kindness and have helped me as much as they could. When the pandemic happened they were very considerate and worked along side with me. I have seen people come and go and the people who respect their neighbors and are considerate of each other are happy and live here for many years. There’s neighbors that have long since moved away that I am still in contact with. Even when they had changes in management they have always reached out to us and made us aware of changes happening within the company. I have had some work orders throughout the years and they always make sure it is taken care of. Very appreciate and very happy to live here therefore I continue to renew each year.

Poor management. They need to communicate better and stop being lazy…. They also take forever to fix any problems in the apartments, MONTHS even.
