There are a lot of apartments around the university of arizona. But this one is special because of the pricing and the great management specially Mr Del. He is a great nice and understanding person, that manges the apartments really well. If you have an issue with your apartment, it is going to be fixed the same day you report it to Del. The apartments are nice from inside, neighbors are friendly. Water and gas included with the rent, free high speed internet, very clean, and it has a great location, 5 mins walking distance from the University of arizona. I have never had a better experience living in an apartment other than this one. Highly recommended

University apartments have scammed me for 120$, and tried for more. To be fair I will list pros and cons of the place before narrating the incident. Pros: - Close to safeway, the gym and the library - nice backyard - safe neighborhood - decent and responsive neighbors - responsive administration Cons - close the road so there is constant noise from the cars - if your apat on the 1st u will hear neighbors walking around on the 2nd floor - be sure to deliver the rent check by hand, to avoid "confusion" and "lost in the mail" scenarios. - What happened with me? When I started the lease I paid 500$ as a security deposit, 150 $ will go to the cleaning and whatnot. Simple math dictate I should get 350$, however the administration had different formula. I had to travel abroad and a friend of mine received a check from university apartments for 230. It included a report stating that 120$ are for cleaning. To be clear, I cleaned the place and took out the trash and gave away the additional furniture. In other words, it was as good as new. I emailed the administration asking for a reason, with no reply. I emailed them pictures of the contract with Del's (property manager) signature but no response. My final verdic: They will try to scam you, so I will try to find a better place if I were u.
