I used to live at The View, and I really enjoyed my time there. The community was nice, quiet, and felt very safe. I especially loved the beautiful surroundings perfect for peaceful walks with a great view. Plus, it’s in such a convenient location! Within minutes of walking, you can reach several restaurants, and it’s just a quick drive to everything else you need.

My first month here an I am not happy. Management does not treat residents right. They not pick everything so you can’t even enjoy your new place, that is supposed to feel like a resort. I was wondering why I hardly see anyone enjoying the amenities now I know why. Another thing rent is due on 1st and by the 4th I received a notice of my locks being changed Seriously not happy

Summary: Falsely accused my dog, no parking, and constantly closed amenities for events. 1. Falsely accused my dog of peeing in the elevator within a few weeks of living here with NO evidence. 2. Often close amenities at will in favor of wealthy clients or events with little to no notice. Even though we live here and pay rent.... Tenants are not the priority, events and the lucrative money they bring are.

I've lived here for a year and honestly can't wait for my lease to end. The worst part by far is the parking—it's always full, mostly because non-residents constantly use the lot and management does absolutely nothing about it. For the amount they charge in rent, you'd expect at least basic enforcement or at least some effort, but the leasing office never cares and is consistently rude when you bring up concerns. There are complexes literally across the street that are half the price and actually treat their tenants with respect. Save yourself the stress—look anywhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! In May of 2021 my balcony started to “leak”… when I say leak I mean more of a waterfall, it would happen when it would rain. I took a video and emailed it to management, telling them it should be fixed so that it does not cause more damage. They hired some roofers, who pretty much ripped them off because it did nothing to stop the problem. Fast forward to July, the waterfall still exists, and yes I sent them another video. Management had even asked me who they hired such that they could try to get warranty work done. There is some serious incompetence happening here if you ask the residents who fixed the roof… try checking your accounts payable. In August, they address the issue by replacing the balcony ceiling with plywood. Come the next rainfall, the waterfall has now moved indoors. Rain water leaks from the ceiling in the bedroom, and seeps under the balcony door. We are now in September and there seems to be no end in site. All the while they charge $1250+ per month for rent. Full price for a broken apartment. I’ve asked to speak to a general manager, for over 3 weeks now, they can not even give me a phone call. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it was not like this before… again DO NOT MOVE HERE.
