Shower temp regulator broke, made a maintenance request and they fixed it but only warm to hot water comes out, we made another request, they made the water even hotter, reported the issue, only the hottest setting of water comes out. This is how things go in this place.

We just moved in about a week ago. Abby was our leasing agent and she has been absolutely amazing! She has been kind to us since day 1 and never seemed irritated with us with all of our questions and emails. We love our apartment and it's a very quiet community. So far everything is going great.

My husband and I lived here for two years, and honestly, I don’t know what went through our minds when we decided to stay after the first year. When we first moved in, we were told we would be paying a certain amount of rent. Just five months later, our rent increased by 3% with very little notice and no opportunity for tenants to back out of the lease. Management is quick to mention “lease violations” when it benefits them, yet they seem to ignore violations and responsibilities on their own end. About two months ago, we got upstairs neighbors with three pit bulls living in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. From day one, the constant running, jumping, and noise from the dogs could be heard throughout the day and night. We submitted multiple complaints, sent several emails, and placed maintenance work orders requesting that the floor padding be repaired because the noise was excessive. Nothing was ever done. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability from management. The property manager repeatedly shifted blame onto her assistant rather than taking responsibility for decisions and communication coming from the office. At times, it felt like we were being given different stories depending on who we spoke with, making it nearly impossible to get straight answers or real solutions. To make matters worse, maintenance staff openly made light of and joked about our complaints instead of taking them seriously. As tenants paying rent and simply asking for a peaceful living environment, being mocked for legitimate concerns was both unprofessional and disrespectful. This wasn’t the only maintenance concern we reported. We made multiple phone calls and sent numerous emails regarding damaged wood flooring in our unit and even requested a transfer to another apartment. Those requests were largely ignored, and the issues remained unresolved. After two years of dealing with poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, excessive noise, dismissive treatment, and management’s unwillingness to address tenant concerns, we have decided to leave. It’s disappointing that management seems more focused on collecting pet fees than retaining responsible, long-term tenants and maintaining a quality living environment. Based on our experience, we would not recommend living here. Also, “water shut-offs” every week and little to no notice.
