Love my apartment! Maintenance is fast and Suzie in the front is quick and friendly 100% of the time!

the staff here is incredible. Ms. Suzie the property manager is genuinely so caring and helpful, as long as you speak up and ask- she's there for you. the maintenance team is superb and ready to help you in any way they can. apart from the people making it such a pleasure to live at these apartments, the location is amazing too. i had an experience in which for some reason (i still don't know how but knowing me i probably forgot to lock up after taking my dog out) but i left through the back door, it was evening time and i returned around midnight to find the front door WIDE open. my fur babies were just sitting at the stairs peeking at me when i came home and it was simply incredible to me that i was able to be gone for hours during the evening with my main street front door wide open and nothing was taken or touched. with that being said- everything about this property is 10/10 💫

I've had a really positive experience living at La Plaza Apartments. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any maintenance issues or questions. The property is well-maintained, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. The location is super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and major roads—and the neighborhood is peaceful. I also appreciate how clean the common areas are and how quickly any concerns get addressed. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming apartment community.

These apartments are the best apts i ever lived at. i unfortunately had to leave because we are purchasing a home but the community is quiet safe and the property management is very attentive. We never had major maintenance issues and when there were small maintenance requests Javier and Alberto were there the same day to get it fixed.

Maria the manager is incredibly friendly and responsive, the apartments are well-maintained, and the community is quiet and welcoming.The maintenance team Javier and Alberto is top-notch, always arriving quickly to fix any issues that arise.I just gotta say La Plaza will always be home.
