The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the common areas are always kept in excellent condition. The location is also a huge plus—conveniently close to shopping, dining, and major roads while still being quiet and peaceful. Love it here.

I’ve had a great experience living at these apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Management is professional, responsive, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

I had some friends who lived at Sun Hollow some years back. I could see how peaceful it was, couldn't even hear the traffic on Lee Trevino. I could see the property was well-maintained and they told me the office staff here genuinely cared about the residents. I've recently driven by and enjoyed seeing the residents walking their pets on the property as well. Even now, if I were to consider moving into an apartment, this is the place I would consider.

I do not recommend these apartments at all. Living here has been a very frustrating experience. The facilities are old and poorly maintained, and problems constantly come up that take forever to fix — or never get resolved at all. The hot water frequently doesn’t work, and several times there hasn’t even been any water. On top of that, the management is very difficult to reach. The manager never solves problems — you can call and call, and they still don’t help you. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with someone who actually takes responsibility. When they finally respond, they don’t provide clear solutions or proper follow-up. They also charge for everything, even for things that are unfair or don’t make sense, and the rent is far too high for the quality of the place. The common areas are usually dirty, and the overall maintenance is very poor. I would definitely never live here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live.

The value you get compared to other places in the area is impressive. One of the biggest highlights of my time here has been the management. Emily has been wonderful to work with. She has always been helpful, responsive, and supportive whenever I’ve had questions or run into any issues. It really makes a difference knowing that management genuinely cares and is willing to help. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed being part of this community. I would definitely recommend Sun Hollow Apartments to friends and family looking for an affordable and well-managed place to live.
