I have a good apartment here and it is an amazing placetolive.My recommendations to everyone., The Manager is great at taking good care of all of us. We have a great time celebrating events! They always try to keep the property clean for us. .

I believe this community is amazing in every aspect, especially the manager goes far and beyond for his tenants. Throughout the week they receive opportunities to play Bingo & win prizes, there’s also holiday festivities for tenants and their providers! They give free food and play good music! There’s those that don’t have relatives to go to so management makes this certain events for their tenants. I myself believe the manager goes far and beyond for his tenants and…… maintaining the complex clean??? I actually caught him helping maintenance outside! He didn’t want me to take a picture of him but as he was leaving, I did anyway. Just to think that a manager would help ? This isn’t his position! He doesn’t get payed for this!!! This is crazy ! . I’m a good critic, I tell it how I see it but for three years I’ve been working in that area and I’ve seen nothing but positive vibes whenever I come around.

I lived in well managed apartment buildings for over 20 years in New York City. I’ve been spoiled. And here at Sun Plaza in El Paso, the staff never disappoints. I highly recommend the building.
