Great place. Affordable and best location for those going to UTEP. The maintenance and the manager are very nice and helpful.

They have very large and spacious rooms. However, you have to put up with the aging building and facilities in the rooms.

Rent is pretty cheap, especially for the size of the apartments (they're all two bedroom, one bath). I love that it's close to UTEP and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The building's a bit dated (built in the 1950's, I think) but the maintenance crew is pretty quick to respond when things go wrong. There are lots of families here, so it's not exactly quiet, especially during the summer when the outdoor pool is open.

These apartments are good for their price, you will hear a lot of outside noise from the neighbors, but other than that the place is alright.
