Be careful with the positive reviews; tenants are offered a $50 credit for posting them. I think this is a slimy practice, so here's my honest experience after living here for two years. The initial application process was relatively painless, making it easy to sign the lease and move in. Once you're settled in, that's when you start to notice the issues. I lived in one of the townhome units, and when I moved in, it was beat up, poorly painted, dusty, and in need of repairs. Maintenance does the bare minimum to fix issues and will do "landlord-special" types of repairs that look like crap. One of the big reasons I decided to move out was that they spray the unit with poison on an almost monthly basis. They give you very short notice—usually the day before—and then force themselves into the unit to spray insecticide all over. Management claims that the chemicals are harmless, but science begs to differ. Repeated exposure is linked to several diseases, especially with children and pets. So keep this in mind: they do this almost monthly. The parking lot is dirty, dark, and poorly designed. The lines are crooked and fading, and the spots are narrow. More than once, a neighboring car hit mine when opening the door, but it's difficult to prevent since the spots are so small. The dumpster area is a dirty mess, and they don't bother to make it look presentable. The laundry room behind the manager's office is FILTHY. The washers and drains smell like mold, the floor is disgusting, and there is dust everywhere. There are only four dryers, and at least one is guaranteed to be broken. The dumb app that they use to charge you for laundry is constantly malfunctioning, buggy, and becoming more expensive with time. Washing your clothes at these apartments is a horrible, unhygienic, bad experience. Overall, I do not recommend renting here nor any of the Lichi Investment properties. They just care about taking your money while delivering a crappy apartment rental experience. Do not just take my word for it: go see all of the above for yourself, and talk to the tenants about it before making your choice.

It was an easy process to apply for my mother-in-law’s new apartment! Mikael, the property manager, constantly communicated with us to make sure everything was approved and got the keys within a day or two. The property has beautiful green, well-maintained grass and trees. The pool is clean and looks inviting! I am thrilled to have my mother-in-law beginning to live in such a welcoming community. The apartment of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is HUGE! Everything was freshly painted and the cute red front door is a great touch. This is a great property for anyone looking to live in a spacious apartment on the Westside of El Paso. Highly recommend!

After a whole month looking for a place to leave, a friend recommended me to this apartments and as soon as I thought I already had the right one that I was looking for. The manager Mikael, was so helpful and clear with everything that needed to be done in order to get approved and settled in my new apartment, honestly she only took less than 3 days to get everything ready with keys in hand. Overall I haven’t had any issues and honestly she does a great job running this apartments!

Seville has never been better with their new management. Mikael the new manager has had open communication with us consistently and has offered hospitality I have not seen other apartments offer. When my spouse and I first moved in, Mikael gave us a lovely housewarming present. I have been grateful for all the assistance she has provided for my family. Whether it be quick fixes to our restroom or help getting into contact with the right people for more oppressing challenges. The quality that she holds these apartments to is remarkable. I hope to enjoy my stay here with years to come.
