If this is what you wanna come live here for come right thru it has been more than 4 months with water issues plus almost 2 months maybe more with this big hole in the middle of our parking lot which we cant even park half of the time because there is barely any space plus the people fixing this is the own property workers so this isnt even professionally getting fixed plus we didnt had cold water the whole summer and now we dont have hot water, all of the pictures are different dates. All of this issues have come to bringing roaches thru the Sewage and flys because of all the trash gather up.

My wife, daughter, and i moved into a unit at this complex. Its been problem after problem. When we moved in we gave them the checklist stating the issues with the unit. Things like broken counter top in kitchen, missing shelves in kitchen cabinets, broken faucet on shower so only hot water dispenses, and what seems to be a sort of glue used to keep some floor boards down, keeps spewing out of the cracks. They said they would make requests for these. A few weeks passed and they came to fix the bathroom faucet. Then we found out after moving in the electrical problems, throughout the day the lights in kitchen, dining room, and bathroom flicker constantly. We put a request for that issue. They came out a few weeks later and it seemed the issue had stopped, the guy said he would still need to look at fuse box and would come back… never came back. A few more weeks pass and they come to replace the broken counter tops. So first they show up late in the day and are in and out. They only do partial counter and say they would be back early the next day. The next day comes and they do not show up until mid afternoon (by the way its friday and they dont work weekends) so they remove the counter and sink then it gets to end of their shift. They decide they were going to leave us without a sink for the weekend. My wife furiously told them we need to wash and clean food and dishes for our daughter and it was their fault for coming so late in the day when we were told they would be here early. So now they didn't finish and my wife argues about them leaving it. They needed to finish the job or we should not be liable for unlivable conditions. They called a “contractor” to come out and install sink. They got here relatively fast and got the sink installed. 2 days pass and now im using the dishwasher to finish washing dishes. I go play with my daughter and then return to kitchen to get her a snack about 10 minutes later. I find a huge puddle under the sink and on the floor. The “contractors” didnt attach the hoses correctly so it was just dumping the dirty dishwasher water everywhere. Now i had to act to clean this water and stop more from coming because of our daughter. This unit has been way too problematic.
