Decent community overall. My apartment faces the interior quad area, so I have no real view but I am in close proximity to trees. The branches constantly hit my third-floor window, especially at night. I have submitted a work order and followed up with two leasing office staff members who said it would be taken care of. Six months later, the issue remains unresolved, and the ongoing noise has caused many sleepless nights. I know this is a heavy move season, which is why I am sharing this now. If you are considering moving here, avoid units near the quad or heavily landscaped areas with trees.

Omg the best and fancy community ever with the greatest office and maintenance staff. Thank you for taking care of me and the beautiful trees and colors around my home!

Had a issue upon moving in and thought I made a big mistake choosing this place. After a very short time ALL of the staff members pulled together, went above and beyond to make up for the issue. Great Staff members from the office people to cleaning crew and maintenance.
