Had a issue upon moving in and thought I made a big mistake choosing this place. After a very short time ALL of the staff members pulled together, went above and beyond to make up for the issue. Great Staff members from the office people to cleaning crew and maintenance.

We were having issues with the faucet in one of our restrooms and maintenance was quick to come and check it out. Maintenance and management are quick to respond and very helpful. We love attending the little events they throw for the holidays!

We’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience living at The Reserve at Sandstone Ranch! We had to move rather quickly because I got a job offer that needed me to move right away, so we were not able to spend a lot of time searching for apartments, but I am so grateful we chose this place! It’s clean, family-friendly, and the staff is amazing! We’ve never lived in a place that cared so deeply for their tenants!

This is supposed to be a luxury experience, but what it turned into is me advocating for a fair rental experience. I know the front line pretty, but really drive around, walk around, and notice that you can't see an apartment before you rent it. It's filthy and the OWNER and manager will refuse to fix anything or apologize after accidents happen because of their negligence. Will be pressing charges.

Update: they displaced us for a week to change the floor as s l and investigate the leak, did nothing, then tried to gaslight me into thinking they had changed it. Not joking. I'm looking into taking legal action. There are LOTS of smaller, local complexes that are taken care of with lots of TLC. This is not someplace to stay if you have any special needs or if you're a single parent. Or don't have time to keep up with a manager who won't respond. into really, really loved this place at first. It felt safe and clean; a huge relief for a single mama. I pay $2000 a month, so that's about right. I'm starting grad school and have two jobs, so i need s calm living. Over the last few months, it's been filthy, the dog park is gross and nothing works in it, and the "security" hangs out by the pool WHEN they decide to come. Outside, there's dog poop everywhere, the pool area is filthy, My ac has been leaking, my floor boards are warped, our landings Are flooded and look more like a cheap motel. We've have SO MANY vehicle robberies, EVERYONE knows our gate code and it never changes, my friends have had guns flashed at them, it doesn't feel safe. Management does not listen, and had an attitude for any issue, so i don't even bother anymore. Well, they care about collecting money and throwing pool parties, but that's it. I'm really sad, and kind of afraid that this will get me kicked out, but it needs to be said. The icing on the cake is when the pool was padlocked without notice before my kids birthday party. I feel generally insulted by the treatment here now. I miss our old manager, David. He was AMAZING and really cared a lot.
