WARNING- PERFECT CREDIT NEEDED: Walkthrough was great, sales lady was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I filled out all the paperwork right then and there. Provided all the required paperwork within minutes. Then they ran my credit. Once that happened, the phone stopped ringing, many of my calls went unanswered, and when they were answered, I was met with very, very rude and disrespectful comments by some guy who I didn’t even get his name. They stopped replying to emails and after they took my money, never heard back from them. Regardless of my credit score I’m still a human being. This complex is apparently not familiar with the credit bureau breach from late last year.

Leasing and management were incompetent, unprofessional, and constantly non-chalant. To start, they gave me wrong information multiple times about the procedure for reserving a unit while out of state and even cancelled my unit after I had already sent a check for holding deposit. When I finally moved in, the apartment was not even in good condition, and within the first couple months I was dealing with cockroaches. They were all over the place including the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Moreover, the refrigerator was infested with ants and they they just ignored it. When they finally decided to schedule pest control for the cockroaches, the person came and didn't even know he was supposed to spray the unit even though that was in the work order request. If I wasn't present to inform him we would have spent the entire day clearing out the kitchen for nothing. He said he was just there to lay bait but agreed to spray and rushed us out. How are tenants supposed to prepare to leave the living space within 10 minutes when they give you a 5 hour window in which they will visit? Ridiculous. Moreover, if you plan on working from home, I wish you luck. I had to deal with constant loud construction noise from adjacent units, with no notice or communication from management. I understand that construction work is necessary but it is common courtesy to notify tenants of any potentially disruptive maintenance work beforehand so they can prepare accordingly. Another problem was the smell of marijuana that seeped through from the bottom unit almost every single night and made my apartment smell terrible. Management did very little, even after repeated complaints. The only way to even get them to even respond through email is by putting in a work order through the corporate line, and even then minimal action was taken. Perhaps their only saving grace was their maintenance team who were professional, prompt, and capable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for better and cheaper options. (I also expect some AI-generated response with "—" dashes to this review with no actual action)

I did not enjoy my stay at this apartment. I lived on the first floor and could hear every single movement from the neighbors above like footsteps, conversations, even arguments. It was so bad that I had to use a sound machine just to sleep. Management was unresponsive and did nothing to address the noise issue. On top of that, there were recurring ant problems throughout my time living here. The security gate was also a constant issue, it never worked properly, and despite living here for a full year, I was never given a gate opener. The only positive aspect was having an attached garage, which was convenient. Unfortunately, that was the only redeeming feature. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet or well-maintained apartment.

My partner and I moved into Prominence Apartments in August, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! The maintenance team is outstanding—quick to respond, efficient, and always attentive. The community itself is beautiful and well cared for. I especially want to thank Eric and Emily in the front office for their exceptional help and friendliness. They’re always easy to reach, genuinely kind, and go above and beyond to resolve any issue right away. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in what they do. If you’re considering moving here—do it! You’ll be glad you did.

The apartments themselves are really nice, but the management is honestly terrible. Maintenance requests take forever like 2 to 3 months and that’s if they ever even get around to it. Good luck if something breaks. When I moved in, I asked for a detached garage and was told one would be ready. It wasn’t. I didn’t get the opener until 2 months later, and even then, random people kept parking in my garage. I reported it, and instead of fixing the issue, they made me give up the garage key because they didn’t finish the paperwork even though I did mine from day one. Same with my regular parking spot people park in it for hours or even days. I report it, and they always say a tow truck is on the way, but it never shows up. Nothing ever gets enforced. Resident services are barely around. Half the time, no one is there when they’re supposed to be. Honestly, the place looks great, but if you ever actually need help with anything, you’re on your own. The management is what makes this place so frustrating to live in.
