We had an appointment to see an apartment at 10am. We were there on time and we get to the door of the office and there’s a sign that says “ be back at 10:30am” . We said ok let’s get a coffee and come back at 10:30am. We go back at 10:35am. We go to the office door and it’s locked. A lady sees me and opens the door. I explain that we had a 10:00am appointment to see an apartment. And she looks at her watch and very rudely says “you’re late”. I said no ma’am we were here at 10am and you had a sign saying come back at 10:30am, I have the email confirmation. Still with attitude says we’ll come in. We waiting for the other girl to attend to us and was on the phone I’m assuming with a customer. When she finally gets off the phone I let her know that we had a 10am appointment. She rolls her eyes and starts checking her computer. She also has attitude. I just don’t get the unprofessionalism that these 2 ladies had. We were a potential renter. But I told my husband no because If now they act this way imagine if we became a tenant?? Run people there office staff is not nice or professional at all!!!!

Management provide fantastic service. Helped me thought the whole process and was very patient and understand. Do recommend if looking for apartments. Lovely scenery and beautiful apartments

Ridgemar is a great place to live! The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Management is friendly, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The location is convenient and my apartment feels like home. Highly recommend!

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very well-kept. Management and maintenance are responsive and genuinely care about residents, which makes a big difference. The community is peaceful and welcoming, with great amenities and a convenient location. I’m very happy I chose this place to call home.

I leased here for a year and HATED it. They really need to upgrade their appliances and hire a company that actually knows how to do remodeling . When I first moved in I had issues with the fridge, then I had problems with my stove and I kept asking them to give me a new one instead of trying to fix it over and over again. It wasn’t until my stove started sparking that they finally decided to get me a “new” one, which was still old. On another note, when I first moved in not even a week passed and my bathtub’s paint started peeling off! I complained about it over and over because it would clog the drain and would get stuck to our skin every time we showered and they told me they would not do anything about it until we moved out. I also noticed that in the bathroom there was a leak and it was chipping and they “fixed it” yet I complained again before my lease ended because I could see the ceiling was wet and getting discolored. I stopped using their washer/dryer units bc they never work and the floor was always flooded with water. I lived here for a year and barley used the pool because they were always “remodeling” so it was always closed and worst part is they decided to do this during summer time, when people actually use the pool . DO NOT GET A BOTTOM UNIT I PROMISE YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING! Leaving was the best thing I did! Like another commenter said the reviews under 5 stars are the real ones. I also have a child and did not feel safe due to all the incidents taking place like the fire, the person drowning in the pool, car theft, and a that’s just to list a few. If you decide to ignore the bad reviews, good luck!
