I been with pearl apartments for almost 3 years I love the apartments. Always fast to fix issues and helpful with any Questions I ask. I have met Pearl a few times she is so sweet. Office staff is always helpful Sarahí, Robert. The maintenance workers are always very professional and helpful with questions. Fast at their job too . I highly recommend these apartments.

I had an amazing experience with Pearl Properties and couldn't recommend them enough. Robert helped me secure my apartment incredibly fast where as other property management companies have not gotten back to me or are over priced. Pearl Properties and Robert are God sends. Thank you for everything!

The good. This place has a good vibe, great location. Repairs are done in a timely manner and staff is very responsive. The rent is reasonable for what you get. The bad. No parking. No laundry mat. The place is uninhabitable in the peak summer days/hours because they decided to put window units in the living room. Lastly, there’s uncertainty in regards to the fate of this building since there’s possibility of the I10 project getting approved. Overall, I recommend but if you have more funds, look elsewhere for better amenities.
