Lately seem to be trying to drive tenants away. Tow warnings on cars, complaining about small things with patios. No pool access, no gym access. The only good thing is maintenance responds quickly. Management is horrible

DO NOT apply at these apartments. Income restriction or not management ignores you. I submitted an URGENT work order this past Saturday August 30th and according to their schedule leasing office closes at 5pm. I was ignored/dismissed ALL weekend. Mind you this is an URGENT work order: no properly working toilet, ONLY 1 toilet in this apartment AND the mini split A/C NOT cooling and in this hot weather. I had no choice but to NOT STAY IN MY OWN HOME DUE TO PEAR TREE'S negligence. UNTIL TODAY I RECEIVE AN UPDATE THAT THEY DISCOVERED THEY NEED TO ORDER PARTS. WOW!! and not a good "WOW" who knows when this worker order will be resolved. Lately, parts take time to receive when ordered. Today maintenance is Learning that parts are needed to repair this URGENT work order. This discovery should have been since SATURDAY afternoon. Work order was submitted approximately at 1130am on Saturday 8.30.25. Again, according to the website Pear Tree is open from 10am to 5pm Saturdays and yet my work order was NOT addressed until today!! 🤨I WILL NOT be renewing and seriously considering submitting notice to break lease. I rather pay to break lease than continue paying rent here. NOT WORTH IT! UPDATE 9/8/25: Submitted yet another work order on (9/8/25 right now) for the A/C- Mini split. Hopefully this time there's promptness in addressing this URGENT work order. Hopefully this time ALSO, management sends a knowledgeable maintenance tech and one who remains professional. Also you want to address and fix something, just fix it! Don't gaslight us resident telling us to contact you directly. No one listens! A review here shows all evidence about the gym access and pool closure and yet you is to still contact you directly to further address the issue? It's all there the resident posted pics AND video. JUST GET IT DONE AND RIGHT!

Want to go visit my friend and was apartment hunting, was told about how poor response they have until it's last minute, and that they rat you out to tow companies if you're registration is out of date. Don't want to be somewhere where they're going to make my "home" feel like I need to be on the lookout all the time. Additionally the 24/7 gym is in 24/7 as their locking people out apparently.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect and professionalism shown by the management and maintenance team at Pearl Tree Apartments. Despite having kindly requested that access to the gym not be restricted, management ignored the request and locked the pool gate with a padlock—completely blocking the main entrance to the gym. While I understand the pool is closed due to the season (we are in September 2025), this is absolutely *not an excuse* to deny residents easy and safe access to the gym. The excuse given was simply “the pool is closed,” which does not justify the closure of the gym entrance. What’s even worse is that now residents are being forced to enter *through a back window* to access the facility. This is not only disrespectful, it’s a *serious safety hazard*. Several tenants, including myself, find this situation unacceptable and will escalate the matter. It is clear that *resident well-being is not a priority* here, and customer service at Pearl Tree Apartments is *severely lacking*. Photos and videos have been taken as evidence.

No email, no notice of vehicle inspections, just a sticker on my car threatening to tow in the next week because "tire flat" supposedly. I see many cars got green stickers for other silly reasons too. Along with the rent increase and leasing office not responding to calls/emails, not sure why this place has such a high rating
