This property has become a textbook example of negligent management. The “gated community” claim is purely performative—the gates are either broken, left open, or completely nonfunctional. It’s a security risk and a false advertising issue waiting to happen. There has also been a large fallen tree obstructing the parking lot for over a month—an actual hazard that’s being blatantly ignored. Pet waste is left everywhere, sanitation is an afterthought, and the trash area door is consistently broken or ajar, which raises concerns about health and pest control violations. And as for the leasing office—if your staff can’t manage basic professionalism or muster up a facial expression that doesn’t scream “I hate my job,” maybe reconsider customer-facing roles. People are paying to live here, not to be met with eye rolls and attitude. Documenting all of this in case further escalation is needed. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

I lived here about 5 years ago and have been fighting them over charges sent to collections. They received funds over COVID, took the money, and still charged me as if I never paid it. They refused to let up, and now I'm having difficulty leasing a new apartment; never rent here.

Loved living here! I was a medical student and stayed here the entire time. Super close to Texas tech campus, cozy apartment, reasonable price. Would’ve liked more gym equipment and more security.

A very security conscious apartment complex with entry pad activated gates. Lots of parking, although where a guest can park is not designated causing confusion. Refrigerated air conditioning for a worry free summer in the desert. Needs more and better signage to help the exploratory experience. Not everything and its purpose is evident. I would feel very safe living here, especially in that location.

I lived here for 4 years and wouldn’t have moved if I didn’t have to relocate for work. The office staff, Crystal and Jennifer were incredible throughout the years. They are welcoming and take care of any issues right away. The maintenance guy Angel is amazing and is responsive should any problems arise. Any maintenance requests are taken care of either the same day or next. The staff really did feel like a family. My apartment itself was spacious for a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer included. I enjoyed the corridor style of the apartments so anyone outside cannot see you entering your apartment which made me feel safer. As per noise complaints, I had one neighbor who was noisy but the office staff were responsive in notifying the occupant to keep it down. As per location, the apartment is centrally located so you are able to access the east and west side of El Paso. Overall, I loved living in these apartments and I’m sad to leave. They definitely take care of you here!
