It’s been two months since I moved in, and it has been very a pleasant experience. The staff is amazing and the few maintenance issues I’ve had have been fixed quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy that I picked this property to live in.

Relatively trouble-free living overall. The apartments are beginning to show some age, but the maintenance and property management team are quite responsive, make an honest effort to address issues and follow up once they’re resolved. I'm happy with how they've responded to my requests. Parking isn’t ideal since there are no assigned spaces, though it’s usually possible to find a spot without too much trouble. The biggest plus is how quiet the community is. Being up in the mountains and off the beaten path, the area feels secluded and tranquil. It’s consistently peaceful and a nice place to come home, away from the noise.

Yadira is great, got us in the unit within a week, the process was smooth and pleasent. This is my second time returning to this community and ive always had a good experience with management and maintenance (if needed). Neighbours are super quiet, location is cozy by the mountains, you can go walking in the evenings with your family, really nice area in the city to live in.

The community itself is peaceful, and the office staff are genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately the apartments have serious maintenance and structural issues that make living here very difficult. The “remodels” are mostly cosmetic—fresh paint and new carpet—but the underlying problems are never addressed. The biggest issue is the flooding. My apartment—and many of my neighbors’—flooded repeatedly. Water came up through different areas, including the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, closets, and even the bedroom. I was moved to another unit, but the flooding continued. Maintenance only vacuumed the water and put out fans, which didn’t fix the cause and left my furniture at risk of damage every time. The plumbing is also poor, and the water temperature in the bathrooms is inconsistent and hard to regulate. On top of that, there is a persistent problem with large cockroaches, which was never fully resolved. Another common issue is the air-conditioning system. When it clogs—which happens often—it leaks water into the floor and carpet, creating more flooding inside the unit. Again, the solution is always the same: vacuum the water and place a fan, without addressing the actual problem. It’s a pretty and quiet community with great staff, but the apartments themselves have major, ongoing issues that need real repairs, not quick temporary fixes.

Quiet location with a stunning view of the mountains. Often, you can catch views of the wildlife in the area including deer. A lot of trails nearby and the community is nice. Stayed here for a short term contract and had a great experience. The only downside is our unit was infested with roaches. The apartment treated the unit often throughout our stay, however the roaches were persistent and never stopped.
