I’m definitely gonna sue them but for the sake of saying so if you can avoid this place definitely do . I’m a single mom of two they are trying to get a new carpet out of me but they don’t know I took pictures after I moved in I just didn’t submit those pictures to them . They know the condition I was given the apartment but are trying to squeeze money out of me . I called management and was told hey you’re not being charged the full 800 . I am because 600 was my security deposit. I had a pipe bust at 1 in the morning and was told by them it’s my fault because they didn’t leave an emergency number on file with the fire department. One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced run !!!! Do not subject your family or yourself to this place . There are three buildings full of not working washers and dryers. For the whole complex there are 3 that work and you pay for those . They are so cheap they won’t even fix the washers and dryers . They could care less management has disgusting attitudes and they are gonna find a way to not give back your security deposit not only that but charge more and get what they can out of you complete slum lords instead of giving them the pictures im completely fine taking them to court not worth the headache. I also completely believe the good reviews are staff. Also do not let them charge you or tell you orders can’t break the lease it is the LAW if they try to charge you for not just pay it take them to court because you WILL WIN very sad to see reviews of people who just didn’t know better and very ILLEGAL on their part and shameful goes to show you I’m definitely reporting this complex to military housing so they can make any military aware to completely avoid this place

I lived here for roughly 22 months. Added charges on things I placed work orders when leaving. Pipelines constantly out causing residents to have to shower away from home. Patio (hazardous/falling apart in second floor) didn’t get fixed until the tail end of my stay. Maintenance damaged storage room door but I somehow got charged even after it wasn’t fixed when I placed a work order. Skunks roam the property. Do not live here unless you don’t have any where else to go.

I’ve been a resident here for two years here and I don’t have many complaints. Everytime I’ve had an issue it was addressed and fixed the same day. Management did change twice while I was here but it seemed better each time but I have to say that both teams were pretty diligent. Eric and his team were good and it seems the new team Denise and Salvador are good as well. The apartments getting renovated on the outside that was much needed is good to see. My only two complaints are that the complex in some parts are a little too dark and once the pool opens back up, extent the hours. Other than that I’d say these apartments are taking a step in the right direction with all the changes being done. Also you can’t beat the views!

Hi! I am not going to lie, at first when I applied to get an apartment here I was kinda skeptical about it because of all the bad reviews I saw. This is my second month here and I think the place is totally worth the money. I haven’t had any problems and the apartment is in very good condition, not to mention the awesome view I have from my windows (I can see the mountains). Eric and all his staff are pretty awesome and very friendly and I do enjoy talking to them when I see them around ☺️. So far I am very happy here! And I hope it stays that way 🤞🏻. I’ll do an update on this review when I hit my six months here 😌 Did I mentioned the fast processing and approval of the application? Oh 😥 I didn’t, but now I have and now you know!

The manager Erik and his team do their best. Since coming on board he has made multiple improvements to the property and is always accessible to tenants. The neighbors are pretty quiet and we all help each other out as needed. It’s an older complex but is well taken care of and part of the complex has undergone renovations. Safety comes first and we feel safe and more than comfortable here.
