I had a very peaceful experience living here. It is a quiet place, and my needs as a tenant were always well taken care of. The property manager, Johanna de Pena, always communicated with me in a respectful and professional manner. Thank you for making my stay here easier.

We lived at this property for several years and unfortunately our experience with the manager, Joanna De La Pena, was very disappointing. Despite always being polite and respectful residents, we were often treated rudely and unprofessionally for no clear reason, she’s the type of person who, if she doesn’t like you, makes you her target and takes it personally, even when you’ve done nothing to deserve it and have always been calm and respectful. Joanna makes interactions very uncomfortable. It often felt like she targeted certain residents and we heard similar complaints from others during our time there. She simply doesn’t have the professionalism or management skills that this kind of position requires. Joanna de la pena is the kind of person who is very two-faced, she acts nice to the people she likes, I imagine she’s all sweetness with the owners or her supervisors, but in reality, she’s a cruel and mean person. After years of dealing with ongoing issues, we finally decided to move out because it became too stressful to live under her management. Hopefully, the owners take notice and bring in someone who can treat residents fairly and respectfully.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful especially for the price. The recent remodeling has been running very smoothly for us thanks to Joanna De La Peña constant communication. We’ve lived very peacefully here our first few months. No complaints.

We moved in 3 months ago and we absolutely love our new home. Joanna made the move in experience very pleasant and has been tremendously helpful. From the management to the maintenance and even the security are all very friendly. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful. The recent upgrades are a huge plus as well.

I have lived here for over two years and consistently have experienced the best residential support services of my life with Mesa Place Townhomes. The staff is friendly and helpful! Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing or servicing the plumbing, assisting with the garbage disposal, or even the A/C Unit, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Mesa Place Townhomes for the remainder of my years in El Paso, and I strongly recommend their properties. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience. By far my experience with Johanna has been great, she listens to my needs and is available when I need to speak with her. The staff and she both maintain a clean and amazing environment to live in. With them, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!
