To start, I’m writing this on behalf of a friend who prefers to remain anonymous because they don’t want unwanted attention or backlash. 1.Landscaping The grass is overgrown in some areas and completely gone in others, leaving large patches of dirt everywhere. Sprinklers are broken all over the place. I’ve even seen some burst and turn into full-on waterfalls, which would almost be funny if it wasn’t so frustrating. When the landscaping crew comes to “clean,” they mostly just blow dirt and dust straight toward people’s doorways and cars. This has been brought up more than once, and nothing has changed. 2.Flood prone apartments The way some of the apartment entryways are designed actually funnels water straight toward the front door. It sounds exaggerated, but just walk around the complex and you’ll notice that some units don’t have any kind of water or dust barrier at all. In some cases, the entry slopes downward into the apartment. When it rains, water heads directly inside. If residents complain enough, they might get sandbags, but fixing the actual issue never seems to happen. 3.“Gated” community Yes, there is a gate. The problem is that it’s broken for months at a time. At that point, it feels less like a gated community and more like an open one with a decorative gate. 4.Dog friendly apartments The complex advertises itself as dog friendly, but that mostly means there are dog poop stations scattered around. Those stations often overflow before they’re emptied. There’s also no dog park, in case anyone is wondering. DO NOT MOVE HERE..

Stay far away from these apartments. The landscaping is terrible. Maintenance never responds. They overcharge for rent and then raise rents every year while offering new tenants the lower rates. Management does not care about you here. They will harass you in your email about buying covered parking, but will ignore any and all concerns that you have. My neighbor had a leak in his ceiling for months that they did not address. Their landscapers flung a rock into my car windshield with a weed wacker and they did nothing to help me. The "gated community" aspect is a farce as the gates are never closed and always broken, yet they have no problem charging you for increased rent, while advertising the gated community aspect as a selling point. You're much better off looking elsewhere. I have been here for 4 years and I regret continuing to sign a lease with them. They have gone through 3 different management companies since I have moved in.

Honest feedback 🤓 I believe I am one of the lucky ones, since I don’t share any of the bad experiences that may be mentioned in this platform, well maybe a couple bumps in the beginning of the process. Like in most places you stay, things happen what matters the most is the speed and attention the staff puts into it to resolve it and like I said in my case was well taken care of. The apartment and complex are in really good conditions overall ✌🏼 Thank you Yunique.
