⭐ 1 Star – Deceptive and Unethical Billing Practices I am writing this review to warn the community about my family’s experience with King’s Hill Apartments. After move-out, my elderly veteran father was forced to pay charges that did not exist or were never legally filed. These included multiple $55 blind/curtain charges and “eviction filing fees,” despite the fact that no eviction was ever filed in court. We have found no court records supporting those charges. These fees appeared suddenly on the final statement and were presented as mandatory, placing unfair pressure on a veteran who trusted the management to act honestly. This felt deceptive and predatory, especially toward vulnerable tenants. If you rent here, carefully review your statements, demand documentation for every charge, and verify any legal fees independently. I strongly advise future tenants to proceed with caution.

I loved living here. The views are amazing. The laundry facilities, dog park and pool areas were always very well maintained. The staff was wonderful and always very helpful with anything we needed. It is also very well priced for the quality. If we were to ever move back to El Paso, we would go back to Kings Hill in a heartbeat.

This is a great apartment complex! I lived here for the last 3 years and my wife had lived there for almost 8. They maybe older apartments but the owners have done an amazing job updating them. The view is absolutely amazing! We had a western view and saw the most amazing sunsets. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Maintenance was handled in a timely manner. The apartment is on the top of a hill so there is no through traffic. You usually only see people that live there or visiting those that live there. It is so much more quiet! Close enough for daily commute to Fort Bliss as well! Great Dog friendly apartment complex. They have a great small dog park on the property. I highly suggest this apartment complex if you are looking for an affordable place on the west side with a great view!

Was an absolute pleasure to live here for the last 7 months of my time in El Paso. For the price I paid and the speed in which they took care of all my maintenance needs I would absolutely live here again if I ever move back. Other tenants are very nice, laundry facilities are always taken care of. Never used the pools but they look great. Not to mention the views (which was the main selling point for me). Definitely the most reasonably priced apartments in the city and I already miss calling it home. Thanks everyone in the staff for remembering my name when I came into the office and humoring my few weekly calls!

The views from here are absolutely amazing!! We moved here because my parents lived here years ago after first being married and always talked about how incredible it was so my husband and I did the same. I wish these were available for purchase and not just rent.
