Crystal was such a great help during my move in process. She made everything so smooth and stress free. I actually found the community on TikTok, and I can confidently say that it looks just as beautiful in person as it does in their videos! Great advertisement by the way love the videos. Thank you Crystal.

Even though the price is on the higher side, it’s definitely worth it. The office staff is incredible especially Crystal, who is always so helpful and friendly. The amenities are great, and the location is super central, which makes everything convenient.

The management team, especially Eva, Daisy, and Danelle, made this community amazing, always there to help with a smile on their faces and ready to make life easier for residents. They were sweet, friendly, and always available whenever you needed something. The apartments and grounds were always kept very clean, and the pool and gym were excellent. Maintenance was outstanding too, every work order I put in was taken care of extremely fast, sometimes even the same day. I don’t remember all their names, but the maintenance team was always respectful, friendly, and professional. I always felt safe living here thanks to the security company driving around at night. With plenty of nice cars in the lot, it was reassuring to know there were no break-ins and that my vehicle was safe. The complex is also very soldier friendly and has easy access with no traffic to base, which made a huge difference. I’ll definitely miss this place, it’s exactly what you want in an apartment community.

I’d been highly satisfied with my stay at Independence Place. The unit i was in was fresh, and i took pride to leave it in the same condition for the next tenant. Thanks to the responsive maintenance team, my appliances & A/C stayed on point. Neighbors stayed to themselves. It's a pet friendly community and never any loose animals. It’s a small community so I’d suggest if you have a dog, always pick up after your little companion; they conveniently have dog bags and trash bins, no excuses. Lastly, the customer service was an A+. The leasing office answered promptly every time i called and always had a helpful answer for my questions. Thank you for being pet-friendly and flexible to my military career.

I lived here for about 10 months. The apartments are very close to Fort Bliss for those in the military as I am. One of the things that really got me is trash management and cleanliness of hallways and stairways. There needs to be a deliberate effort to clean these common areas. My neighbors had a bad habit of leaving trash bags in front of their doors. This really got on my nerves. The rooms are not big either. Overall fairly decent apartments with a pool, basketball court, and children play area.
