Do not rent here. They’re constantly shutting off the water(hot & cold) at least twice a month without prior notification. The units are old and need updating. No security. My mom’s car was stolen while she was visiting. All while charging $1,330 for a 2 bed 2 bath.

My move-in experience was very disappointing. The apartment was delivered in poor condition: extremely dirty carpet, unclean balcony, many defects, and a serious ant infestation that even affected my dog’s health. A new apartment should be clean and livable, but instead I faced pests, dirt, and frustration from day one.now I am very disappointed with this apartment. Since we moved in, there has been constant humidity coming from the carpet, and it’s making my husband and my child sick. The carpet stays wet and smells bad, even after being cleaned. There are ants, mold, and the apartment was not

Mediocre at best. Area was the nicest part. Maintenance took forever to come and when they did never really resolved the issue. I have multiple videos of maintenance coming and “fixing” issues during a 3 minute time span. I had to call multiple times for the same problems and I eventually just stopped requesting them. At move out they want to charge you for every little thing (even things that are their job to do/replace) and will charge hidden fees.

My lease is about to end and I couldn’t be more excited. Since day one we told them the storage rooms lock didn’t work and they said they’d fix it and never did. Prepare to always find huge roaches pretty frequently throughout your apartment. There are residents that live above me and I can literally hear them snore and when their alarm goes off, which is pretty annoying. The bath tub would always clog, water shut offs pretty frequent, once you move in you can tell they cover damages they don’t actually fix things. I would advise take a video before you start moving your things in because most of our bulbs and little things here and there didn’t work since day one and on our list of things to do before we leave they’re asking us to replace them. I understand these are apartments and not everything can be perfect but they are very outdated and for what you’re paying they’re not worth it, look at all your options before you decide to rent here.

I lived in this apartment for a year and I totally loved it!! Whenever I requested some work orders, they came and fixed right away and the leasing office staffs were really friendly especially Yvonne and Claudia! The location was also great. Close to everywhere such as Walmart, target or shopping mall! And when you do the inspection, they don't charge you unless there is a reason to charge.(you know some places just charge huge amount and even don't have proof) I tried to clean everything really hard before I left our apartment and It worthed it! They only charged me for the carpet shampooing cause I didn't do it. We moved out this apartment only because we had to move to DC. Now, If I come back to El paso, I know where to live!
